I hired, and fired, three lawyers before hiring Greg. Simply put, I can't thank him enough. My ex was, and is, highly problematic. She is also highly manipulative and managed to effectively manipulate the court appointed forensic examiner who recommended sole custody for my ex. At trial Greg pretty much destroyed the forensic examiner's credibility, and rightly so. My ex hired an expensive and highly experienced custody lawyer who engaged in what's called "sharp practice." Greg was able to outperform her sharp practice. In the end the trial judge, the court, awarded me sole custody. My ex appealed and Greg represented me for the appeal too. The appellate court upheld the trail court's decision. My daughter is happily playing in the pool, in the backyard with one of her friends, as I type this. Later this afternoon she has yoga.

Tenacious!! Prepared always two steps ahead. Very reassuring. When you call the office you speak with Greg period! Office staff knowledgeable and informed. Fought for me as if I was his only client. Compassionate toward my unique situation. Incredible courtroom presence. I'm glad Greg was my lawyer. I could have saved myself a considerable amount of grief if I would have used Greg initially. Words can't describe Greg and his staff. He fought for me and my daughter when no one else would. I have been dealing with a very contentious custody battle and with Greg's expertise I am one step closer to resolving the matter. Greg is well known and reputable. He is attentive and always a phone call away. I only wish I had retained him initially. You won't be disappointed with Greg!

DO NOT USE HIM! He is rude unprofessional never on time always unprepared and not respected by anyone in the cpurts because of it. I witnessed it first hand. As a matter of fact whenever anyone asked me who I was using not one ever heard of him. He is a wanna be and couldnt agree more about him being a windbag. He took my money and screwed up my entire case. Horrible horrible lawyer and a worse human being. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Exceptional lawyer!!
The saying you get what you pay for is absolutely true!! Greg went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my case. He's beyond knowledgeable, experienced and very creative. He truly cared about me and fought for me as if I was his own. Greg argued 50/50 is NOT always fair and equitable!! I would recommend him to anyone just like he was recommended to me! I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Greg is the best! He has been representing me since 2008. His insight and wisdom is obvious in the agreement he scribed six years ago, and continues to effectively defuse each new situation that arises. The negative reviews below are obviously from his adversaries (probably my X!)I consider Greg and his staff true friends.

Supervised visitation overturned with Mr Rabinowitz !
If you need knowledge power and experience to fight false allegations or you find yourself in the above situation Gregory Rabinowitz is worth every penny to get the outcome you need.
Supervised Visitation was overturned in a few visits. A court order was put in place to keep visitation as they should be going after not seeing my child for many months.
Every case has a different story but when you go for your first consultation you will see how Greg picks up on things and knows how to orchestrate and maneuver your case for the best outcome.
I have found myself asking other attorneys when I am in court about my attorney and surprisingly each and every one of them have told me he is a bulldog, he is the best, he will dominate in almost every
scenario.

Greg is one of the good guys. He has helped me time and time again. It is not about the money with him but about doing the right thing. He most recently helped me in a very delicate matter and was masterful and fair. I have recommended him time and again to family and friends.

I had been in an ongoing custody/ visitation nightmare for almost 3 years when I was referred to Greg. I'd already fired 2 lawyers and was at the end of my rope. My ex was putting my child thru hell and using the court system to do so. I was helpless. I was devastated b/c my child was the victim. When I met Greg I was wary as I had been screwed over twice before. I listened and by the end of our consult I knew I was in the right place! Greg promised me that he would be the only person handling my case and he would answer every phone call and have my back no matter what. My previous attorneys were part of a firm and I'd often get a lawyer who had no idea who I even was! Greg kept his promise! I had his cell # and he even called me back while he was on his family vacation! He was a pit bull and NEVER backed down. He fought for me and my son as if we were family. His fees were the same as every other good lawyer and my sons welfare was worth every cent! He was SMART and got the job done!

Attorneys are a dime a dozen. Greg helped me when my life was at its lowest point. He was compassionate and pateint with me when I felt very frustrated with the system. I was tired of getting kicked in the teeth, and he told me to get some sleep, I have your back. Those words meant the world to me. He not only talks the talk, he walks the walk. Dont be fooled by an attorney who wears a lot of make up and false eye lashes! They will only misrepresent and charge you large amounts of money. Greg is tough but fair to the opposition. He wont let the system swallow you up. He will get the job done expeditiously, so you dont spend exorbitant amounts of money. Do yourself a favor and use Greg and enjoy knowing that he does the right thing!

Mr. Rabinowitz is not only a fine lawyer and expert in his field, he is a compassionate human being. After a long divorce battle and dealing with a truly incompetent lawyer, I was referred to Mr. Rabinowitz. Not only did he clean up the mess my first attorney made, he finally brought to fruition a very long and drawn out divorce. Since my first lawyer drained my bank account, Mr. Rabinowitz worked with me in creating a comfortable fee and pay schedule. I am sad to read that others may feel differently, Mr. Rabinowitz is not the money hungry shark depicted in the comment listed. Instead, I found him to be more than understanding, highly effective and fair when dealing with the opposing side. Mr. Rabinowitz has honed his craft and depicts what a true divorce litigator should be. I not only highly recommend his services but challenge you to find a finer attorney to get the job done and do it with respect to you and your family.

Sounds like these bad ratings are from disgruntled ex-spouses of Mr Rabinowitz's clients. I know of one who would have written a bad review because he didn't get his way. Mr Rabinowitz is a fighter and has a fabulous memory.

Greg represented me 4 years ago and is handling my affairs once again. He is a trusted advisor and I consult with him before I make any legal move. I would highly recommend him and have done so time and time again to family and friends. He is honest and upstanding and exactly what I was looking for in an attorney. Greg was aggressive, diplomatic and backed off when needed. He is not the cheapest game in town but your get what you pay for and he is worth every penny. Greg, got me through a very rough period in my life and become more than just legal representation. He was and is a trusted advisor.

RUN FAST!! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER HIM! It is amazing he hasn't been disbard. He is all about the money. A pathological liar who believes his own bs. Was never prepared. Never focused on the facts but rather wasted my time and my money on mudslinging. Loves walking around the court house saying hello to people while you're paying for it. After wasting tens of thousands of dollars and even worse how badly he messed up my case I finally left him even after he begged me to stay with him. Claimed he was having personal issues but they were resolved now. How unprofessional!!! Additionally, the comments made by others about his verbal bullying, lack of class, professionalism and compassion are all dead on!

Mr. Rabinowitz is the first lawyer i ever met who told me the truth. He did everything he said he would do. He truly cared about me and my children. the postings about him on this site are obvously NOT from his clients. judge for your self. i'm glad i did.

Run far and fast as all he is interested in is playing on his clients emotions creating more problems then exist and filling his pockets while doing so. In the beginning I fell for his disingenuous tactics that were disguised as concern for me and my children when in the end the only concern was for his own wallet. He is a loud classless windbag who was never prepared. All talk no action.

Gregory Rabinowitz only seems to care about the paycheck as he does very little research for true facts and seems to fabricate more lies than truth. He need lesson on compassion other than telling you want you want hear. I'd stray away FAR FAR AWAY!!

Mr. Rabinowitz needs lessons in courtesy, tact and persuasion. His verbal bullying is unacceptable. His tactics of trying to intimate are both rude and dispicable.
