please do not use him He hands the case off to his son who is totally incompitent and unethical. the son shouldnt even be allowed to file papers! dont waste your mom or time. They take your money charge you double bill you and dont have a clue as to how to do legal work

Son got removed from home by wife using restraining order, no real cause. Mr Dunne talks a good game, gets your money and then the games over. Tells you he will get right on it and then you cannot reach him. A real artist at doing nothing except taking your monies. What and when he does communicate when he feels like it, he never follows through. I checked the internet later and found out I was not the first and my poor son really was lost for a while and we were out five grand. He may have knowledge but this knowledge is not limitied to law, he is quite astute at removing your money, not following through, not communicating, getting you to quit him, then overbilling you and then attempts to make you happy by dropping remaining balance. Result is he gets your deposit and you get nothing in return. Slick James, my opinon of course, plus at least one other.
