Elli took on a family court case that the other lawyers in Goderich had passed on. as the case went on he told the other side he didn't care if he won or lost because he has a retainer and gets paid no matter what. In the end he billed and got paid in a case that never could have been won. Elli made me understand why lawyers have a bad name. Avoid.

wouldn't recommend. a lawyer should tell you the truth and know the law. unfortunately as our case went on I learned that he is not forth coming and I came not to trust him, I had wised he'd spent more time moving our case forward and less time billing us for his time floundering around. I didn't appreciate that he took on the case but then didn't put in the time to put together an effective application.

This lawyer has no grip of reality should not be in family law. Compared himself to a very high profile lawyer in the area, that turned out to be false. I paid him fully and he did nothing for the $50,000.00 I paid him over 1 1/2 years. I changed lawyers and the things I found after the fact was unbelievable. Do your homework!!! Avoid!!

WOW!! Is all I can say. Elli was super helpful went above and beyond expectations. I would highly reccomend him for family law. He is like a bull dog ready to fight and trust me if you use him you will not even be the slightest dissappointed. I had no issues with him returning calls like the previous rating
