Mr. Blackburn told me that I certainly had a claim and he would represent me in court. After I paid him a fee he switched sides for he told me that the opposing side is watching him. WHAT??? I called him one day and his secretary told me he was not in. I said, he must be in court today. "Oh no she said Mr. Blackburn has not gone to court for years. He never goes to court anymore." Really??? What a trickster. After a local politician looked over my documents and herd my story he said, "you had VERY BAD LEGAL ADVICE". Please be extremely cautious with him.

This lawyer just sat and did nothing while my step mother argued with my father about the will he was making and forced him to change to suit her.When it was discussed with Mr Blackburn if he's handled split families and the difficulties related to this, he stated that he had experience but the end result of two consultations with him was a standard will and no respect of my father's wishes.
