i hired this guy to represent me for 5th driving under influience and he hasnt show up in court as of 2/14/2015 nobody including the state of wisconsin does not know where he is he has my 4000.00 dollars and hasnt been there at all watch out for this guy he is under investigation as we speak

THAD GEGNER IS NOT AN AGGRESSIVE OR COMPASSIONATE ATTORNEY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. HE DOES NOT REPRESENT HIS CLIENTS. HE LACKS IN GOOD COMMUNICATION. HE IS NOT A RESPONSIBLE ATTORNEY. I AM SAYING THIS BECAUSE HE STOLE THE MONEY I HAD IN HIS TRUST FUND. TOOK ME MONTHS TO GET IT BACK. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER ATTORNEY TO GET MY MONEY FROM HIM. I TRUSTED IN HIM TO HELP ME THROUGH MY DIVORCE AND HE WAS NOT AN HONEST PERSON.

You will regret hiring this lawyer. Poor communication skills. Tells you one thing and does something else then apologizes continually. Criticizes the legal system for his mistakes. Refuses to follow up on what the judge tells him to do. In court the judge asks why he is not prepared and to be the next time he is in the courtroom. That was very embarassing to me to have him as an attorney. Those are the facts. Personal opinion is he seems narcistic and condescending to his clients. I witnessed it to not only me but two other clients as they were leaving on two separate occasions. Said something to his secretary and she covered saying it was an off day. Must have many off days. She is great however! Very sweet and professional. She should find a better office to work in.
