Avoid this attorney!!! He doesn't communicate properly with clients. He doesn't properly respond to client's requests. (You can't even locate his office. He doesn't release any physical address -- just a PO Box.) He misses depositions, fails to complete interrogatories, etc. His filings fail to properly represent client's interests. He has been sanctioned by the Texas State Bar from 2005-2010 and 2012-2017 for these types of failures with clients (missed depositions, etc.). You cannot depend upon him to represent you. He will throw you under the bus. His own appeal (of his suspension by the State) was dismissed because he didn't even file his own brief when he appealed his suspension by the State. I.e., he failed to even represent himself properly. You cannot depend on him to properly represent you. If you need an attorney, find another attorney!!! You should not expect this attorney to properly represent you. For years, he has FAILED to properly represent his clients.
