Due to his arrogance this man has cost me a lot of money! Wish I had investigated him further. We asked for our wills to give a specific amount— he made us feel stupid. Put in percentages now I have a huge legal issue. What a nightmare!

Most stupid lawyer out there!. Spent $5000 on a separation agreement. He agreed with everything the other party said, never listened to me, or my feelings. Did nothing to help me, only took my money.

I agree with the other comments here.I just wish that I knew about this site before I hired Mr.Phillips.My personal opinion is he either has very little knowledge for the case I hired him for or he just doesn't care enough to put his best effort towards it.Very expensive mistake for me.Don't let it be for you.

i don't believe that this man is in good mental health to be handling cases. he raises his voice, interrupts and doesn't collect all the facts, and uses his personal feelings to affect what he decides what is "right" (instead of considering the clients' wishes). he kept referring to my case as a "separation agreement" when it's not. Jane Harvey should consider replacing him. he was a bad investment for me and now i'm going to have to find an alternate lawyer and pay another fee. his unprofessional manner has led to this and it pisses me off that he wasted my time and money.

Most of the LAWYERS I contacted did not presented to me even the basics ,, but actually some of them even offended me truly speaking by the manner they presented to me their law wisdoms and ignorance…Cutting the log story short,, very recently Square One - Mississauga location,, Lawyer named John David Phillips showed this all to me.. lack of respect, improper attitude in every areas yet lack of his organization skills dominated through our two short sessions, which cost me over $300 doll,, I concluded to end this all for total waste.
