Hired Robin LoGuidice in malpractice litigation filed pro se against my former attorney, Mitchell Heaney who was punished by Professional Standards for unethical behavior in two of my cases. He then defaulted on my lawsuit. My case was headed to Inquest. Then the Judge died before setting a date. While waiting on a date, Robin LoGuidice began overcharging me several times. She wanted to argue over a $1,500 check that I placed in her hand and which she deposited. Representation ended when I received a holiday email also addressed to my former lawyer. No one sends greeting cards to those they despise, or are suing. LoGuidice never told me of any re-set Inquest date. So to nutshell, Robin LoGuidice talked a good game until she tried taking more money than she was entitled to, stood on their error instead of admitting it, alienated a client who'd already paid her ten grand, and effectively tanked my Inquest -- against a crooked lawyer who LoGuidice obviously has a relationship with.

Robin LoGuidice is an outstanding attorney as well as an exceptional human being. I have known Robin for over 10 years. For a number of years she helped me with a harassment case involving my former landlord. She was extremely knowledgeable and saved me countless hours of work. She explained complicated legal jargon with laymen terms. She alleviated tremendous stress during times when my safety was in question. She was and continues to be concerned with my welfare. Recently I hired her again for a matrimonial matter. Again, Robin proved to be extremely knowledgeable about not only general matrimonial law but about all the recent NYS changes in legislature.
She is professional, efficient,helpful, understanding and very kind. I HIGHLY recommended her. I would send my closest family members to her. Horrible experience. She made me believe she would work hard on my case, then adjourned for over 2 yrs She gave me different excuses that made sense, but found out the truth when we were finally assigned a Judge who asked why it took so long & she admitted she had been working on a big case. Lots of people = more money. She lied to me a number of times. I confronted her once and the next bill and the rest to follow,she charged me double the hourly rate in her retainer. My case ended up being dismissed without prejudice shortly thereafter. My landlord started a 2nd case against me and I used someone else. When I won, I was supposed to get back money. We asked Robin to submit a bill for what I owed her and she lied about that. It's too complicated to explain here, but she caused me to lose the money I should have collected from the LL to make me and her whole. Instead she took care of herself, got more money than she was due & I'm now out lots of money. I would never trust her again.

I went to Bob Grimbel after my landlord threw me to the streets with the clothes on my back without a warrant who sent 7 men to get physical. Robin Loguidice was very nice at first. But when I noticed they added on 20 percent for themselves to my retainer I asked them to remove it. Bob Grimble agreed he would delete the language from our agreement and would have the modifications ready for me the next time we meant. However, instead I was meant by Robin Loguidice who refused to honor Bob's agreement with me when he was the lawyer I hired at EIS's recommendation. I wasn't comfortable moving forward since he promised me he would modify my retainer agreement before we even begun. But instead Robin played games when 20 percent isn't even the standard percentage any judge would grant them even if I had agree, 20 percent is more then double industry stardard + a $10,000.00 retainer. I didn't move forward since Robin was dishonest. Bob Grimbel, who is 10 times the lawyer then Robin Loguidice,

Worst experience in my life with Robin. She has taken quite a few thousand dollars from me. She, gave me very poor advice. She is a liar to her own clients. I do not reccomend.

Pretended to be nice but was a horrible lawyer. Not responsive and made me miss deadlines. Kept my money (thousands) and is actually going to make me sue her for it back as she did nothing and refuses to return it. Completely inept and aloof! I do not recommend her.
