My wife and I just recently purchased a home in Union County and I was very pleased with how the transaction turned out. Jim made me feel assured that everything would be alright even when the sellers were not accommodating or being what I thought was unreasonable. Nevertheless I was able to get the things I wanted fixed taken care of and the process went very smoothly. I plan on using Jim and his office again if I ever decide to sell my home.

Keep away from his as far as possible. He thinks he can give advices on home inspection issues. Doesn't care about your best interest. Greedy. Looking for quick buck from you. Remember also that layers make full amount when transaction closes, so carefully examine all his advices and do what's best for yourself.
