Donna Wowk of Wowk Law is a fantastic lawyer, with years of experience and knowledge in family law. Her first concern is always what is best for the children. She is a straight shooter. She will tell you like it is and not waste your time and money. Donna has handled two separate custody battles for my family and the results were better than either of us expected. We owe her an extreme debt of gratitude.

I hired Donna Wowk for my child support case because she’s very knowledgeable about family law. She knows the rules and gets things done promptly. She also explains the processes and makes you feel at ease. I am really glad I decided to go with her.

I really appreciate everything Donna Wowk did for my family. Let’s face it divorce is never pleasant and Donna went above and beyond throughout a tumultuous 6 months. She always maintained a professional attitude. and most importantly, she helped us with our custody rights so our children would not suffer.

More interested in billing than listening to clients. Takes action without listening to the client, always an arguement for her to listen to the client.Only reason she worked at Niman was because she was his sister in law.

Of all the lawyers that I have dealt with over the past 40 years, both professionally and personally, Donna ranks in the top 4! (Two of the 4 serve as justices on the Supereme Court of BC and one has passed away). Of the lawyers I dealt with during my divorce, Donna is head and shoulders above the rest! Perhaps, those with complaints should have listened to her advice. Even if she disagrees with your decision, she understands the emotional issues surrounding divorce, will treat you with respect and will protect your rights. I highly recommend her.

she is basically here to waste your money. does not respond to other lawyers, causing undue delays and frustrated me beyond the limits of sanity. her poor demeanor and slothy look is embarrassing. if you want to waste money and time she is your lawyer! not a professional bone in her body! loves to think she knows how to handle the case but will only direct it in the way of causing more stress and problems in your life, also continues to run up the bill as she delays. Was never ready for court, had to adjourn a ton of times because of her. waste of money and time!

I would say for the money that is charged it was not a great exp. She was not very empathetic and I felt could have done more for my case. She was rude at times instead of being understanding. Family law is a sensitive area where some empathy is required! Spent all my money and still having to go back to court!

Only reason this cow got the job is because she's Niman's sister in law. Hopefully Niman didn't pull one of his stunts he's well known for with this one. She's a real prize. All 'round', keep away from Slimy Niman and his firm

Great lawyer if you want to waste a lot of money and not get results. Will do whatever it takes to work your case. Prepared to write bogus letters without any proof, just to make the other party look bad. No work ethics. Her ability is as good as her looks. Look at her profile and you will know what I mean. Of course, she has learned from her mentor Harold Niman. King of slim. Probably the reason he's on his fourth marriage, from what I am told. Was known as being a slim-ball as far back as the days he got called to the Bar. Where he came second in his graduating class. I'd prefer "first class". That for sure he wasn't and isn't. Just a first-class slimball.
