I used Mr. Sliwinski for a bankruptcy. He was very professional and always answered my questions. Whenever I left a message to call me, he was very prompt in returning phone calls or emails. I would definetly recommend him to anyone who requires the assistance of an attorney.Never had any problems. Would certainly use his services again if another legal problem arose.

Mr. Slewinski saved me from criminal charges and had the charge thrown out due to his experience and taking the extra effort to talk to the judge at length. On the second charge he had a mandatory jail sentence reduced to time served due to his amazing thinking. I would not use any other attorney if I ever needed one again which I promised him I wouldn't. He became like a friend during our trials. Far the best at a reasonable rate. Ken

Was able to handle my divorce. My exwife was an illegal immigrant and basically used me to get her citizenship. Once I found out that was her intentions I wanted a divorce. Mr. Sliwinski was very affordable and being that I was in the navy and didn't live in New Jersey he was able to represent me and my exwife didn't get anything but what she deserved. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend his services to anyone.

I retained Mr. Sliwinski for my sons college contribution case after his mother was adament that she was'nt going to pay a cent. Mr. Sliwinski was able to procure a settlement that she pay half of all college expenses.He is very organized,deteremined, and cares about the client. Ive used many high priced attorney and dealt with a lot of aggravation.Ted was affordable,yet professional. Ted handled several Family Court issues for me was knowledgeable and sensitive to my legal needs. He was able to have my alimony suspended which was a huge issue for me. I would recommend Ted for Family Court issues as he is quite knowledgeable of laws and procedures. Easy to do business with.

Pretty rude,kept interrupting me when I was explaining my situation, and pretty much didn't listen to my case. Seemed like he was pretty distracted the entire time and kept asking me the same questions. And when he found out how much I make, he adjusted his fees from what they were stated on his web site. Pretty sleazy..Would not recommend.

Rude, rude rude. Disrepectful, hot tempered, ignorant when it comes to your situation, especially dealing with financials. Just a jerk,,he really, really is not a good lawyer, and we will never refer anyone to him. We used him for bankruptcy, and because of the 'agreement ' he made with the trustee, we are now paying 6 times what a ' normal ' bankruptcy filing should cost. This guy paid no attention to our financial situation and was stunned when we could not cough up several thousand dollars. Do not use him,,he was referred to us by another attorney - should have known better because they are buds. Just a rude, short tempered individual- shows little respect/concern.

He "handled" a family law case for me and he was to say the least clueless and lazy with the case.Didn't know the law any better than I did and failed to make any coherent or valid arguments.Very bad experience and very expensive.Look elsewhere.
