As a resident of Staten Island I have used the service of MR. Baumgarten and found him to be the right man for the job. I have put a review on another page about my experience. I started to read a negative review and stopped! Who care's ? I don't. I am sure most people rate Lawyers, Doctor's, Hell, Maybe your auto mechanic based on result's! I am not a lawyer and I would guess you can tell by the way I am writing this. But truth be told if anyone needs a great lawyer then MR. Baumgarten is the guy for you. Matter of fact today is 11/9/2014 and I will be contacting MR. Baumgarten again tomorrow to see if he can resolve another problem that has come my way.

He's luck he doesn't get a 1. He was disbarred and many years later reinstated. I don't want a DISBARRED LAWYER WORKING FOR MY CAUSE...even if the courts decided to reinstatement.
