Mr. Phillipi handled my divorce/custody and all the paperwork and documentation I had collected was not used at any time during the hearing. On the day of our final appearance in court Mr. Phillipi was 2 hours late, didn't bring any paperwork with him to represent me and told me we could go back in 6 months and file a motion to modify the visitation. HE IS IN JAIL FOR DWI/PROBATION REVOKED AND I HAVE TO HIRE ANOTHER ATTORNEY NOW!
