Other client comments below are right on point. Allen Griffin is the worst! After cashing my check, there was zero communication, causing terrible issues with my case. I feel bad for anyone who uses him.

My experience with Allen Griffin has been horrifying, to say the least. He does NOT return phone calls or emails, but is more than happy to take your money and keep you on pins and needles waiting for him to tend to your case. I have suffered so much at his hands due to his unwillingness to communicate with me and/or opposing counsel. He never returned a dime of my retainer. BEWARE!

DO NOT USE ALLEN GRIFFIN... Allen took my retainer for a simple child support modification. He did not communicate or deliver promised deliverables. Towards the end, he would not return daily calls or emails and failed to inform me of a hearing on the case. THis caused me to lose my position and cost me thousands of dollars. IMHO Allen Griffin is a miserable attorney and very close to the definition of a thief. For the record, my name is David McCully.

Mr. Griffin has gone above and beyond the call of duty to fight for me and my child's rights. I've found it necessary to retain him several times due to a particularly litigious ex-spouse, and each time Mr. Griffin has been not only highly professional and knowledgable, but very communicative and effective at negotiating with opposing counsel. I hesitate to call him my "pit bull", but he does do exactly what I need and makes me feel extremely comfortable knowing I am in good hands. Thanks very everything, Allen!

He's extremely slow to return your calls. He doesn't keep you informed of your case. I can't believe he was rated as a Super Lawyer. He's more like a Super failure. I have been waiting on my divorce for almost two years. It's ridiculous the way some attorneys treat their client. May God have mercy on his soul for the agonizing & gruesome experience I have been put through.
