She is very professional and exceptional when tackling hard problems. Work is exemplary. She was knowledgeable and kept personal information in the highest confidentially. Great communicator, wish there was more lawyer like her in the world.

Judith Berger-Eforo turned out to be exactly like what I heard: an ill-prepared, lazy lawyer who doesn't even return phone calls. She always strolls into court late and her ONLY interests is the money that legal aid pays her--for doing absolutely nothing. According to this site, another person also had the same experience with Judith Berger-Eforo and did something about it!

Completely useless, unresponsive, poorly prepared and unable to perform the simplest of legal tasks. I would say imcompetent but I have not seen her do anything yet, therefore, useless is a better description. She takes on a case and does not bother to prepare for it. She has no secretary and will never return your phone calls. You have to leave a message on her voice mail and send her emails however weeks go by without a response. She states she does not work on weekends but she doesn't communicate during the week either. Kinda leaves one wondering if she is on the side of the defendant. Do not use this woman! I am planning on submitting a complaint to State of New York Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District in White Plains, New York. So far anything done on this case has been done by my own efforts.
