Charged my elderly parents more than double market rate for really basic estate planning documents POA, will, rep agreement. Gave very bad advice to POA causing huge family rift.

Doesn't seem to know his stuff, over charges and I couldn't in good conscious recommend him to anybody.

Jerry Mclean tells you one rate then charges you another. He gives you an hourly rate then charges you a lump sum that has no correlation with how much time he worked on your account. He may then pay himself out of a trust account without your approval. Then when you want to discuss the charges he kicks you out of his office because he refuses to discuss it. I would recommend staying away from him completely.
