Excellent attorney...his firm did a great job and was well prepared. I recommend his law firm to all injured workers. He has been doing workers comp and accident cases for over 20 years. I give him a A plus!

I went to a court hearing on 3/9/11, until this day I had not met this lawyer,my injury was on 12/10/10. He did not greet me or recognize me as his clien?. He did not know the labor codes, he was not prepared with documents and didn't read the paperwork the Defense Attorney sent to him, he did not have copies of my TTD Reports. I had to give TTD reports to him @court. He did not know that this Employer was a Non MPN Company and he did not say one thing about the real issues I am facing like no money from my Employers insurance for TTD and/or mileage. The insurance and Employer is giving me a very hard time, he did not do anything to help m.They are not paying or Authorizing anything. I fired him the same day in cour. I think he handles mostly Spanish speaking clients.I wonder the type of outcome these Non English people have and the effort and quality of the service that he is providing. He did not provide me with a good service and I will never go back to him and/or refer him to anyo
