My family was charged 25k for two criminal modifications.The Modifications consisted of three pieces of typed paper each. There was no criminal research needed for these petitions because it's only a request for the judge to reconsider his sentencing!! He waited patiently for four years, never received a court date, never stood before the judge .. Dont believe any promises or guarantees that they say.They felt the 25k was well spent because they typed six pieces of paper total and held on to them for four years!!! In the end he wasted time ,four years to be exact, along with 25k!!!!
