Michelle Mays was extremely professional and helped me stay positive through a difficult time. She was very helpful and clear about my possible outcomes and options. Michelle is awesome!! Professional and on top of her game. At first I was scared of the penalties I could be facing. Not only did Michelle put those fears away, she was able to provide results better than anticipated! Thank you again Michelle!!

Michelle was my lawyer on two DWI cases in 2011. I would have to say she did a great job. I had another lawyer that I felt was doing nothing to benefit my case when I found Michelle to help me. Michelle always kept me up on what was going on, and even covered for me once when I forgot I had court. Near the end of my case when it looked like I was going to at least serve one year probation she called me with the news that she had the charges dropped to a lesser charge. I ended up having to pay a fine, and got time served. I don't know how she made this happen, but I was very impressed. I would recommend Michelle as a lawyer to anyone out there that wants a lawyer that isn't going to drag their case along. Every time I went to court with her I always felt like progress was being made, and I knew what my options were. If you ever read this Michelle Thanks!!

Michelle Mays was my attorney for a 1st offense DWI that I got arrested for in Austin. She barely ever responded to my phonecalls and she never kept me informed of what was going on. On some occasions, she wouldn't return my phonecalls even after having called her office numerous times. The prosecutor offered an 18 month probation, which she declined without even telling me that that was the only way to keep it off my record. Prior to that, I had never been in trouble with the law, but now I have a full-blown conviction that can never be sealed or expunged.
The cops also made a bunch of mistakes on the police report and even wrote it up as a 2nd offense DWI for absolutely no reason, which she did not even tell me about. And lastly, she didn't show up to two of my court hearings including the last one.

Nice looking lady, but totally a total ditz as a lawyer: unprepared, her confidence betrays her lack of knowledge of the law. She will also do things that are against your own decisions, making this lawyer fairly dangerous. Avoid.
