Michelle is awesome!! Professional and on top of her game. At first I was scared of the penalties I could be facing. Not only did Michelle put those fears away, she was able to provide results better than anticipated! Thank you again Michelle!!

Michelle Mays was my attorney for a 1st offense DWI that I got arrested for in Austin. She barely ever responded to my phonecalls and she never kept me informed of what was going on. On some occasions, she wouldn't return my phonecalls even after having called her office numerous times. The prosecutor offered an 18 month probation, which she declined without even telling me that that was the only way to keep it off my record. Prior to that, I had never been in trouble with the law, but now I have a full-blown conviction that can never be sealed or expunged.
The cops also made a bunch of mistakes on the police report and even wrote it up as a 2nd offense DWI for absolutely no reason, which she did not even tell me about. And lastly, she didn't show up to two of my court hearings including the last one.
