A nice guy but does not know what he is doing he is a defense attorney that is assigned to you if the courts want you to lose . I got charged a felony because he would not work the case and DHR lied and he would not stand up to them . My daughter and son in law where charged for interfering with custody and their case was thrown out because their attorney proved DHR wrong and I got charged for being with them going to California. I would have been innocent too if Michael Robertson had did any work .

Incompetent and unprofessional. Lost ever file, didn't submit paperwork on time, doesn't respond or follow through. He lied to the court saying I needed a continuance when he needed medical leave.He has yellat at us in got in our faces, on top of that he has also hit on us.

I provided all of the pertinent information & he did nothng with it. He was intimidated by theattorney. now they are suing me! He filed paperwork with the judge that ruled against me to relenquish his rights as my attorney & I didn't find out until I received notice in the mail from him, the judge as well as the lawyer from the company I attempted to sue!
