Denis Englisby worked well with the opposing attorney to bang out a fair divorce settlement that satisfied both sides. His negotiation skills are great in that each side had to "give and take." I sure appreciated his honesty and reminders to separate the emotions and think what would work in the long run.

Attorney Englisby has given me contradicting information on many occasions during the time he represented me. He was not very accurate and the quality of his work was poor. He claimed to have filed papers with the clerk. However, they never received them. He prolonged my case and continued to bill me. He was also reprimanded for unethical practices during another case. I wish I knew this information before I hired him. The work he was supposed to complete never came to a conclusion. My divorce was not handled in a timely and effect way that should have had an outcome in my favor.
