Tawny is an excellent attorney with solid family law expertise. Throughout my case she was very thorough and experience in handling my divorce case. My wife was obviously trying to put me on a rotisserie skewer and Tawny was able to shut her attorney down. Personally, after much searching I'm glad I chose her, she would kept it real, kept it legal on point, and from an advisory point of view prevent me from making any detrimental legal decisions or lose any rights. My case was resolved amazingly way above expectations. The wife was pissed, but each parties rights were protected. From her legal aid Rebecca, Chasity in billing, Alicia the paralegal the whole Owenby staff were par excellence, personal, and professional. Even the mediator commented that I was remarkably well prepared for mediation by my attorney. I admit the cost was a little more but the quality of legal service received made it worth it. My wife chose a less expensive attorney was not happy with the outcome.

Tawny Rountree and The Lasky Law Firm handled a very ugly divorce for me (including child custody battle), wherein my Wife was determined to leave me high and dry. The best thing I ever did was hire this firm! Not only did they expose my Wife's real self but I also got custody of my children. Was it cheap, No. But it was well worth it and they worked with me on paying for my case! What some people fail to realize is these types of cases are not cheap and not every court case is done in an hour like Law & Order. The court system doesn't move fast so no attorney can speed through a process when the other party is fighting you tooth and nail and they cannot control what the other person does. I would recommend everyone to this firm; they are not only great attorneys but they also care and never left me hanging. I owe them so much more than I could ever pay them.
