Was completely biased and did not consider the facts of the case in mediation. His "decision" came without any valid rationale. My ex hid facts (such as current marital status) and he never questioned. He ignored previous agreements, current economic conditions and parental alienation of the children.Use Mr Rothbart at your own peril.

Mr Rothbart acted as an arbitrator in my case. He ignored the facts, disregarded the previous agreements and presented a subjective decision that will impact the rest of my life. Because he was acting as an arbitrator, there is no appeal, no recourse or no questioning the injustice of his findings. I would highly recommend avoiding him at all cost.
