Where to begin. She took me on as a client, even though she very busy. I felt she was actually invested in my outcome, not just the billable hours. Genuine, direct and consistent in her professional advice, that was a big standout for me. She helped me to make educated decisions representing my best interests, during a divorce process, a time when I likely wouldn’t have been capable. For all the negative lawyer reviews I see people post regarding their own experiences, I feel enormously blessed to have had her as my legal representation. Phaedra has earned my respect for life.

Phaedra Klodner has recently negotiated a very reasonable separation agreement for a member of our family in spite of very difficult circumstances. I have worked with many lawyers over my long business career, and, without hesitation I would select Phaedra to resolve my legal issues. I was very lucky to have Phaedra as my lawyer. My previous lawyer did not move my file along at all in two years. This became very costly and frustrating. Phaedra took control right away. Phaedra was very honest and forthcoming every step of the way. Phaedra always took the time to explain things to me and took the time to listen to my concerns. Within a few weeks, Phaedra had mediation scheduled and a few months later, a signed a separation agreement that I was very pleased with. Phaedra also has a great staff. Bonnie was very helpful to me and took the time to talk to me during some tough times. Phaedra took what was a terrible experience and turned things around for my kids and I. I can move forward now because of Phaedra and her staff. Phaedra is a great lawyer and a very kind, caring person. I would highly recommend Phaedra to anyone. In addition, another lawyer stated that Phaedra is the best there is. I agree! Phaedra is worth every cent.

Who could be submitting all these wonderful ratings? She made MY divorce horrendously stressful. It seemed apparent that she and opposing counsel had a handshake under the table and had decided the outcome of my divorce long before it was over. I gave her indisputable proof of my ex lying about income. Rather than saving it to show the judge in mediation, she sent my proof to opposing counsel! She made my divorce last for years past what it should have. When I finally had enough of her back and forthing with opposing counsel over the separation agreement, I dropped her and went to another firm. BAM! My separation agreement was short and to the point and ensured that there could be no comeback ever from my ex for more money. Papers were signed within 3 weeks of leaving Phaedra. I would not recommend her to anyone. She will try to make you feel secure, yet will work against you to drag things out to make more money. FYI she states her office is haunted...she is unprofessional.

I highly recommend Phaedra! After our first meeting, I left her office feeling more informed, and more confident that the process can work for me. She was the first lawyer I went to that presented me with the most likely scenario, not the worst case scenario, which helped calm my nerves. I had a fairly straight forward separation, and Phaedra allowed me to do some of the work on my own in order to reduce costs. She presented options, and was willing to kindly tell me what I needed to hear, not necessarily what I wanted to hear. Her office is a cozy, warm, 'home like' environment, which also helped put me at ease. Phaedra has acted as a children's lawyer in previous cases, and provided me with exceptional insight in how I could help my children through the separation process. I was fortunate that we didn't need to use the courts, and my understanding from Phaedra is she feels court should be used only as a last resort. She may not be for you, but it is worth your time to visit.

Hiring Phaedra was the best decision that I ever made. This was not a typical divorce and Phaedra made that very clear. Phaedra was honest and did not hide anything. Phaedra and her staff of Lisa and Shiela are top notch in my book. They respond to your questions in a timely manner and treat you with respect and are always thinking about the big picture and what's in your best interest. My divorce ended in a trial and Phaedra was fantastic. How many times do you hear about a father being awarded sole custody of the child. Not very often and this happened in my case. Phaedra is worth every penny that you pay her. If you are looking for a family law lawyer do not look any further.

I was incredibly lucky to find Phaedra. In my particular situation I had worked with 4 previous, very unimpressive lawyers over several years with disappointing results- until I met with Phaedra on the advice of a friend of mine. As a dad I felt court was often stacked against me. Phaedra made me feel confident at a time when I was very scared about my position as father, and left me with the impression that I finally found someone who cared about what happened to my daughter, and had the knowledge of the court system to do something about it. We have custody of my daughter now, and I can't even express enough how thankful I am- Phaedra and her staff saved my little girl from a very bad/dangerous situation and rescued my family from a battle I truly thought would never ever end. I'm truly surprised at these ratings! She either has an issue with getting her own way or men I'm not sure which. We went to her for my husband's case against his ex who was demanding babysitting costs she had never spent-a judge had told her she couldn't claim monies she had no proof of spending. We went to Phaedra with proof of expenses she had actually spent and set a court date. I was ill and couldn't go and my husband was pressured to settle and we paid his ex $14,000.00 she didn't spend and he was told HE GOT OFF LUCKY by Phaedra. I could not believe she had no regard for her client even though we had proof in writing. I often wonder how much of a kiok back she got.

I give Phaedra 5/5 on all of the above. In short, she was my guide in gaining my confidence as a good mother back. When I first came to her I was fresh out of an abusive relationship and was wrongfully fearful for the threats my ex was making towards me and my ability to take care of our daughter. She was highly recommended my a very creditable friend. Almost everytime I walked into her office I was upset or worried or unsure of myself, as my ex wished me to be. And everytime my time with Phaedra was up, I felt rightfully good about where I stood in our court case. I don't think I could have mentally faced my ex in court if it hasnt been for Phaedra.
