He is too old to be effective, his assistant is still bitter over her divorce and takes her frustrations out on the client, she forgets who is paying her salary, she is also very rude. Do not rely on her to deliver a message, as it will be messed up. David is ineffective, waits for the other party's lawyer to make the first moves, and consequently he is always behind the 8 ball, and I found that my ex was constantly making my life miserable to the point of ruining my vacation, having her boyfriend steal my things that were in my name and registered to me, while David sat back and had no game plan. I could not even get an emergency protection order for my home, so I could go away on a weekend without worrying if the ex and her boy friend would take over my home while I was gone. He is real good at charging for nothing, and copying and pasting the marital property act, while ignoring questions that were emailed to him. I waited 5 months for my ex's statement of her assets.
