Thank you, Avery, for helping me during one of the roughest times of my life. It was great dealing with Mr. Zeidman, and his clerk is also fabulous! They helped me with a change to my marriage contract, and what they suggested was so straightforward and needed much less work than what my husband’s lawyer wanted. In the end, our changes were accepted and everything was finished in less than 2 weeks, and under budget!!

Be the judge for yourself. Look up Mr. Zeidman's past divorce cases that he litigated. Read the judge's resolutions. You will see for yourself. The proof of the pudding is in the eating!

Mr. Zeidman cares more about the ratings on this site than he does about the work he does. He fabricates the truth. He promotes discord to prolong cases for billing purposes. His litigating skills are non existent. A lawyer on here who has raving reviews and all 5"s for ratings is having friends write the reviews or worse, writing them himself.

Avery is the most honest person I have ever met. Unlike other lawyers I interviewed, he did not just tell me what I wanted to hear to get me to hire him. He laid out the choices together with the positives and negatives of each, and he did this at each step in the process. He told me his recommendations and then I decided what to do. Without Avery, I was lost. With him, I got a great settlement at a reasonable cost, and I am still friends with my ex too!
