She represented my ex-wife, for a short time.... That was when I presented an affidavit, by friends of my ex, stating that my ex had asked them to lie about me. Needless to say, Terry was not impressed with my ex, and DROPPED her! Two things you need to know: 1) she won't take your case unless she can win, 2) Do NOT lie to her. At first I was wondering if it was the same person since the person that is described on here isn't true. Then I realized that its the other party that lost against her that is saying this stuff. She is an awesome lawyer and she helped me out alot during my time.You won't find anyone as dedicated as her and if you ask anyone for referals her name come up as an outstanding lawyer. Your awesome Terry, don't worry about this site since we all know that your one of the best out there.

First of all I was shocked to read this review on line. Terry Drummond that I know and have had for the last few years from Waverly law Office is awesome. Then I was thinking,the bad reviews on this site are from the people that she went against and they lost. It all makes sense. Anyone that has had her for legal dealings knows that she is one of the best out there. She deals with your concerns and really cares about you. She was outstanding and when I hear other people talking about their lawyers they have had and were awesome I hear Terry Drummonds name come up over and over again. Love you Terry, you have my vote

After dealing with her for 2 years and wasting over 30K I think I am more then qualified to comment on her "performance" or lack of. She just told me that she didn't have what it take to take it any further, she can't handle the other lawyer way of doing business. So now we have to get our self another lawyer, and the circus goes on.... Her only interest is $$$, if you have an easy separation to deal with where everyone agree, then she could be OK, but when the heat is turn on she is USELESS, but don't worry you will get a bill from her to sit in a court room and watch her client having to defend herself even when all the evidence that the abuser is lying are given to her. Interesting feeling to go in a court room as a victim of spousal abuse and leaving 3 hrs later and having the judge blaming you for taking action to protect your children

I had a great experience with terry. She helped resolved an initial tense and difficult situation and helped guide me towards a collaborative process which resulted in a speedy settlement geared towards the best interests of the children.

Terry Drummond is an excellent lawyer. During my acrimonious divorce several years ago I found Terry to be empathetic, responsive and professional. She is extremely capable in court and was instrumental in securing my safety and that of my children. Terry is very knowledgeable of family law and is able to navigate through the court sytem to attain best case scenarios for her clients. I highly recommend Terry Drummond!

Terry Dummond is an excellent lawyer. I experienced an extremely acrimonious divorce. Terry was one step ahead of our opponents at every juncture in my case. She is extremely capable in court and expertly handled all aspects of my divorce. She ensured the safety of my family immediately and showed empathy and compassion throughout our ordeal. I firmly believe that without Terry's expert handling of my situation I would have or my children would have been left in harm's way. I cannot sufficiently express my deep gratitude for the services that Terry provided. She goes for the jugular and wins despite ridiculous divorce laws that grant custody and financial benefits to abusive spouses. I highly recommend Terry.

Many times I tried to contact her, and was left for long periods of time with no communication. I handled three emergency situations on my own as she was not available. I sent emails stating what I was living and how it was affecting my health, only to be told, "It could be worse." My case dragged out, and cost more money than I had before I finally fired her. The only document I rec'd was interim and arranged quickly because time had run out. When I asked for my file some documents were not returned to me. I am still, a year later, dealing with the stress of having this person as my lawyer. I would not recommend her. She seems to have knowledge of the law, so it is really a shame that I am writing all this. However, I don't want someone else to go through what I did.

A major rip off of your time, money, and trust! Does not have your best interest in mind, but to drain your hopes and mislead you badly. I would NOT recommend her even if you are in desperate need of legal representation. Makes you believe mediation with C. Bartels is the way, but it's all business. Watch out!

Interested in charging for everything she can. Was not helpful at all. After getting thousands of dollars and going nowhere with my case, she ended up telling me she could not do anything for me and my only option was to go to court. No communication unless it was highly paid to her. Waste of money with her services and worse, I felt miss leaded. Very disappointed. I would NEVER recommend her.

After many bills and getting no where with my divorce, she requested to have Carol Bartels part of the mediation. Which was a very BIG mistake. My ex got everything and Terry and Carol did nothing to prevent it. Watch you back cause they don't.
