I have been trying to get an answer from Mr. Proper for over three months and neither he nor his assistant even return calls. I guess I shouldn't comment on attributes other than communications because I do not have enough info because he doesn't return calls or answer questions. He notified me about an inheretance and said final payment would come before xmas 2010. I called the 1st week of Jan 2011 & he said waiting to see if taxes had been paid by deceased and wife, but that it looked like between $10,000-15,000. I sent email to law ofc trying to get a call back. He called, said should know by end of Jan. Called 1st week of Feb, no answers, still checking. After every other day calls, leaving messages on office #, cel #, and w/ his ass't I'm ready to get a lawyer to get an answer. I just want to know if there is money coming or not and when.
