The worst mistake EVER !!!!!!Cant win the case if his life depend on it . Horrible lawyer . Unprepared & uneducated . This firm just keeping him for fake bills & collection Lawyers he hire to go after people who actually work for leaving . Florida Bar should NOT let this go ON . Let’s fight this have to end !!!!

Dishonest,overbills triple, doesn't read emails and doesn't care about your case.No empathy for clients who are suffering over the loss of a loved one.Drained my Estate inheritance by overbilling and "adding" another client's charges to my Invoices. Denies any fault he commits. Goes back on his "agreements" with clients and doesn't remember what he says in his emails. Doesn't solve problems and doesn't care. His only concern is taking money from clients!! Not to be trusted. Needs 2 assistants to do HIS JOB and charges for work not performed. When questioned, he never is at fault. Unorganized and irresponsible.Perhaps he has "selective amnesia"????

THIS LAWYER IS THE WORST LAWYER, REFUSING TO REPRESENT ME IN ANY PROPER WAY, REFUSING TO DO THE REHEARING THAT WAS CALLED FOR, AND REFUSING TO DO AS THE JUDGE SUGGESTED THAT A NEW DATE SHOULD BE SET FOR PROPER ATTENTION TO THE MATTER OF FINANCES. INSTEAD THIS UNETHICAL ATTORNEY KEPT ALL THE MONIES $16,500.00 THAT HE HAD AGREED PART WOULD COME TO ME AS WAS PROPER, BUT HE KEPT IT ALL PLUS HE ALSO KEPT AN EXTRA $5,000.00 DOLLARS i HAD GIVEN HIM EARLIER AS A RETAINER. pRATT IS UNETHICAL, A LIAR AND A DISHONEST PERSON WHO SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED!PRATT NEVER PREPARED FOR TRIAL AND LOST EVERY MOTION AND THE TRIAL FOR ITSELF AND DID NOT DO CROSS EXAMINATION, DON'T THINK HE EVEN KNOWS HOW TO DO CROSS EXAMINATION. PRATT IS A TOTAL DISASTER, AND BECAME VERY FRIENDLY WITH THE OPPOSING COUNSEL, AND MAY HAVE SOLD HIMSELF WITH THEM. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAWYER!! HE ENDED UP WITH MY OVER $21,500. Probate case with over 900,000 at stake,False infromation and guidance,was told originally not to file wrongful death suit as it would interferre with probate proceeding, after 2 years and over 100,000 in fees when they were informed family funds were diminishing family encourage to accept settlement of 20,000. Mis steps constantly over 3 year period,poor verbal skills,false hope strung along until family was broke . The handle many high end cases and seem to proioritize based on fee potential . 3 years of family anquish.
