Mark has worked very hard for my case and I appreciate his honest, knowledge, and integrity. He is very to the point which may come off harsh to some people however in my experience with lawyers this isn't out of the norm. He was honest and didn't 'bleed my dry'; he advised me according to what he knew I was willing to spend in terms of money and time. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Unfortunately we don,t have the luxury of giving Mark Grossman a true rating of zero. His 1.9 rating is above what his true value is very generous. For the most part his overall reviews are bang on. In my case filed against WSIB, he had no idea what my file was about and where my file was within the agency. I had to call WSIB on several occasions to inquire as to what city my file was in and what case manager had my file. I was doing the majority of the work myself after paying Mark handsomely. After six years on my case,he findly admitted that my case was far to complex and that he had too many other cases to work on and couldn't give the time needed to havemy case resolved. After paying his firm over $5000.00, I was back to square one looking for another legal representative . I can't believe he even has a license or thd firm he works for keeps him on. My advice to others is to stay clear of Shue, Cline and Grossman altogether. He is very expensive, very rude and very under qualified

Wasn't anything like the reviews and I am one of the most intolerant people when it comes to being spoken down to and treated like a moron because Not everyone is familiar with things such as the finite legal world.
He had more then enough reason to get short with me and was very patient about the situation.
Trust me, after everything my kids and I have been through I won't put up with anyone being a condescending pretentious bully.
I think the only people leaving poor reviews are the ones that didn't like fact they had or have no legal leg to stand on and no pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, Or huge settlement in other terms.
Tells you how it is and that's what lawyers do.
The review that says he is a pit bull in court is more realistic then all the others
Wouldn't hesitate to see him again even at $400 an hour. Smart guy, nice guy

You talk to him you don't know he listen or just emailing. My feeling was like he make deal with company. The company I work for is knowing they rather pay off your lawyer that you don't get nothing.

Impatient and I feel is very biased. Will not allow you to explain yourself in full before interrupting you and leaving you feeling belittled . Does not seem to realize that the common person really does not know how the whole thing works or the legal jargon that accompanies it. He needs to wait and get all the facts before making a decision not just the convenient ones that make the job easier .. The truth ..the Whole truth and nothing but the truth.. not part of the truth or a truncated version.

Horrible experience. He spend 10 minutes out of the 30 minute consultation actually talking about what we came for the rest was him sitting there making phone calls and answering emails while we just sat there and watched. He even asked me if I knew how to send a email. He was just rude and made us feel like idiots when we had a question. I was ready to get up and leave I couldn't believe that he was a lawyer.

Mark works very hard and has a strong work ethic. He has the tenacity of a pit bull and conducts himself with honour and integrity. I know someone else in Kitchener who he did a very good job for. I would definitely recommend him

Very difficult to talk to him will not listen what I have to tell.
I am convinced that he never tried to win as he was intimidated by the other side.
