I call Bernadette my "lifesaver" as she literally saved my life by handling a very contentious divorce action, I found her,and her staff,to be highly professional, knowledgeable, fearless and highly competent yet maintaining a very personal relationship w/her client. I have not hesitated to recommend her to others. I found her fees in line w/the service I requested and received. Mi can't thank her enough for giving me back my life.

Bernadette was my attorney. Average attorney, with astronomical rates. I would recommend that individuals selecting an attorney research the number of times the attorney sued their clients for "billing" related issues as part of their duel diligence. She is motivated to create chaos rather than resolving issues so that she can drive up client's costs. My experience indicates that Bernadette is in business to increase her fees versus resolve issues for families. Borderline unethical practices.

She is an excellemtn awesome and I cannot tell you how much she helped me. BTW, 13 years give me a break, way to hold a grudge.

A very intellegent last, with too much on her plate. She delegated too much of her work she actually Could'nt make a Xerox copy for me bc her assistant was at lunch Then charged me on my bill later on. When we were at court she fumbled through her notes to find documents to prove her case and Could not locales them. I felt she was intimidated by the opposing male lawyer. she wasn't completely prepared for our case and It ended up continuing for eight months for a simple increase in support. I ended up firing her for zero results. Cost me alot of time and money and unnecessary charges.
