I know of several people facing DUI charges in PA that have been represented by Mr. Kellis. Some were felony charges which are way more serious than a usual misdemeanor DUI. In each of the cases Mr. Kellis went above and beyond and used his experience as an A.D.A. to work out great deals and get DUI cases dropped whenever possible. Many of the people I have sent to Mr. Kellis for their DUI case have been out of work and down on their luck. Mr. Kellis is gracious enough to allow for payment plans as he understands how rough of a time the person is going through. Lastly, many DUI attorneys want to take the money and run. Mr. Kellis digs deeper into the case and, if the person feels they have a problem with alcohol or drugs he gets them the help they need. This is in the form of rehab, entry into the Pennsylvania ARD program and Veterans Court. If facing DUI charges in Allentown, Philadelphia, Media or Norristown areas call Mr. Kellis. He will take care of you.

I agree he is the worst DUI attorney ever. You can't talk to him. He doesn't answer the phone calls or return them. He gets your money and that is it. His license should be taken away from him. How was he ever a D.A. He truly cares nothing about your case. I recommend never hire this man. He makes other attorneys look bad. We have been trying to contact him for about two months and he refuses to return the calls. Also he gets very upset if you ask him any questions. He really doesn't want to do any thing for you. I truly advise anyone that is seeking an attorney, DON'T call this man. He will leave you hanging with no defense. I am baffled how he keeps his license to practice law. But I guess I answered my own question, "HE ONLY PRACTICE" (He reads to himself) Please stay away from him, like throwing money away.

Better off with a public defender than Steven. Public defender might care about the case more. I would recommend finding a different attorney for your DUI case. Steven is always unprepared and not knowledgeable.

My company helped set up Steven Kellis' website and I know through my work with him that he is the ultimate expert on PA dui laws. Definitely someone I would want as a lawyer!
