Do not waste your money here because this attorney does not care about her clients or even acknowledge you after the retainer is paid. She promises a lot and does none of it!!! Get it all in writing before you hire her, if she truly cares about your case then she wouldn't mind doing it.

Jacqueline Valdespino's office is filled with accolades regarding her "Super Lawyer" status; however, don't let that fool you. I have NEVER worked with a more apathetic & indifferent group (aka-Ms. Valdespino and her associate, Rand Lieber). My divorce was supposed to be simple, but they: dragged it without a clear plan, did not check documents carefully,& offered little advise/legal counsel. I frequently had to edit legal documents written by this firm for grammar mistakes, spelling errors, and content. These documents were poorly written and frequently needed to be revised by me. Their lack of follow-through was deplorable. Figuratively speaking, dealing with Valdespino & Associates was like dealing with those indifferent, unhelpful customer service reps that keep you on hold when you have a phone problem and do little to solve the problem; they just exacerbate matters and frustrate you. Plus they'll charge for EVERYTHING.
