I came into one of the worse situations possible. I will not go into specifics about my case, but my ex-wife attempted to ruin my after I had told her I was getting remarried. I met Marc through a different attorney who pointed me in Marc’s direction. Often you don’t know who is a used care salesmen and who is not in world of attorney’s. Marc and his partners listened to my story and they did not promise my wife and I the world, because family law can be very unpredictable. Marc , and two other attorney’s in his law firm Evey, and Nick did get us the best possible outcome. When things at time became very costly they gave us a professional courtesy discount which was a big help. Even his paralegal Ted was very helpful. By some divine intervention were were lucky enough to meet these attorneys and are forever grateful. If you want a quality law firm this is the one to pick!

Simply the best. Marc is the whole package. Personable, tenacious, understanding, and experienced. He used his wealth of experience and knowledge of family law to keep us out of litigation. We finalized the divorce in four months and then after a year of post divorce drama, he set up concilliation as well as advocated for a parenting coordinator. This kept us out of the courts and also gave me peace of mind. Never, for one second, did I ever doubt that Marc had my best interest at heart. Divorce was one of the scariest and loneliest times of my life. I was given Marc’s name as I needed some guidance on a divorce agreement that my ex had drawn up. He listened to the story, read that agreement and told me to hire a lawyer- even if it wasn’t him. I was scared, emotional and didn’t know that the draft agreement was so unfair to me. Retaining him and his team was the best decision I ever made. Marc and Erin were beyond wonderful. Marc knew the case and the laws inside and out, and his confidence always reassured me. They walked me through it each step of the way... including phone calls where I was in tears. Dealing with my ex was often difficult, and Marc was especially gifted at it. On the day we finally walked into court, Marc sat with me for over an hour to walk me through that incredibly thorough agreement one last time. My daughter was going through a difficult divorce and we needed to find an attorney. Marc Grimaldi of Medford Ma. came highly recommend. We hired Marc and it was the best decision I made. Marc was able to get my daughter a restraining order, child support, a divorce, plus the X's name off the deed, liens all discharge, and the house sold. I first consulted with Attny Grimaldi 8 years before my divorce when I had concerns over the state of my marriage. When I was finally ready to move forward with my divorce I went again to see Attny Grimaldi who actually remembered me and even still had the file he had created on my case from 8 years before! Bretta and Grimaldi is truly the best law firm for high conflict divorce! I just finalized my divorce and lawyers Marc Grimaldi, Sandy Pesiridis, and Christina Corda did an outstanding job fighting on my behalf against a very spiteful, controlling ex who was looking to gain full custody of my children, all assets etc. These lawyers taught me how to communicate with the crazy ex husband while maintaining dignity and respect. They were able to avoid a litigation at trial which would have cost thousands. They used not only their experienced legal tactics but psychological warfare against the narcissistic ex in order to reach a fair agreement while looking out most importantly for my three minor children who were caught in the middle of this. Here are my thoughts on working with Marc. -Knowledge 5 - I gave him a five because he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the law. He was always up to date with new changes to laws and I found this very helpful. Communication & Tenacity - Also 5's. Marc is extremely good at communicating the goals and issues we had to deal with and he's got a great work ethic to actually get the job done. For work quality and value I also have rated them as a 5. This is because in the end Marc gets the job done and does it right, and when it comes to price vs what I got out of it it was 100% worth it. He is not as expensive as other lawyers I've dealt with in the past and I feel like it was totally worth it. I used Attorney Grimaldi as my Divorce Attorney and I have never regretted anything more in my life. Attorney Grimaldi is WAY overpriced. He made MANY careless mistakes, but refused to admit it, he just charged me again to correct them. He has NO concept of money. Attorney Grimaldi is VERY VERY difficult to work with, he talked at me and NEVER listened to what questions or concerns I had. If I ever questioned his decision or advice he became infuriated and basically told me if I did not do what he said he would "fire me". He acted as though I worked for him, instead of the other way around. He did NOTHING to help me, he was given unbelievable orders and all he had to do was enforce them, but he didn't, he did nothing. If by chance I had even the slightest balance he would not return calls or emails until it was paid. In the end Attorney Grimaldi bullied me into something I DID NOT, but told me I had no choice. I am still trying to fix the mess he created for me. Please do not use him.

This attorney nearly bankrupted me, ignored everything I asked him to do to settle my child support modification action (I was defendant), ignored the advice of qualified experts, refused to let me work with his associate who was my attorney, took over the case against my wishes then tried to place the blame on me for not following his misguided plan of action. Turned him over to Board of Bar Overseers. Please please please stay away from this attorney.
