I hired Marc’s firm four years ago because an extremely contentious situation involving my ex. I was referred to him by a family friend and I retained him almost immediately. After four years in litigation, the firm literally won every battle along the way, keeping my son safe and in the end, I came out ahead. In helping defend me in a recent child support case he showed his worth by calmly explaining every detail of the defense strategy until it was crystal clear. Simply the best. Marc is the whole package. Personable, tenacious, understanding, and experienced. He used his wealth of experience and knowledge of family law to keep us out of litigation. We finalized the divorce in four months and then after a year of post divorce drama, he set up concilliation as well as advocated for a parenting coordinator. This kept us out of the courts and also gave me peace of mind. Never, for one second, did I ever doubt that Marc had my best interest at heart. I would not want to go up against him in court, or as an attorney. He runs a well oiled business and he delivers.

My daughter was going through a difficult divorce and we needed to find an attorney. Marc Grimaldi of Medford Ma. came highly recommend. We hired Marc and it was the best decision I made. Marc was able to get my daughter a restraining order, child support, a divorce, plus the X's name off the deed, liens all discharge, and the house sold. Marc and his staff of Christina Corda, and Nephi Sharman all worked very hard to accomplish this difficult task. Marc worked late nights and early mornings getting this task accomplished. Marc also did not charge me for some of my emails and phone calls to Marc, which was much appreciated. I cannot say enough about Marc's team.

Bretta and Grimaldi is truly the best law firm for high conflict divorce! I just finalized my divorce and lawyers Marc Grimaldi, Sandy Pesiridis, and Christina Corda did an outstanding job fighting on my behalf against a very spiteful, controlling ex who was looking to gain full custody of my children, all assets etc. These lawyers taught me how to communicate with the crazy ex husband while maintaining dignity and respect. They were able to avoid a litigation at trial which would have cost thousands. They used not only their experienced legal tactics but psychological warfare against the narcissistic ex in order to reach a fair agreement while looking out most importantly for my three minor children who were caught in the middle of this. They were always fair with billing and never overcharged. Work was top quality and communication excellent. All three lawyers are well versed in high conflict divorce cases. I fully trusted them with everything. Hire this law firm!

My family went through the worst experience of our life with a horrible tenant and knew we were in a very dangerous, scary situation with this particular tenant. We were under extreme stress and did not know what to do. We called the Bretta and Grimaldi Law firm and Marc Grimaldi spoke with us right away and told us to come right in. Marc Grimaldi was just amazing. He knows his stuff, is professional, confident and we consider him truly the best of the best. Attorney Sandy Pedris was also there for us along with Attorney Lynn and Attorney Bretta. Their knowledge as a group on our eviction and confidence telling us they would get us thorough the nighmare we were going was so reasurring. The whole office staff worked with us informing us along the tough road. They also returned our calls and we even had meetings on Holidays. We retained Marc at the last minute and needed good representation fast as we were not only facing possible eviction but could possibly have lost our home. Marc took our case as if it was his family and treated us like royalty, frankly I was shocked because I thought all lawyers were the same but he was different and he was actually concerned. we came through it with flying colors and my family was protected.

Here are my thoughts on working with Marc. -Knowledge 5 - I gave him a five because he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the law. He was always up to date with new changes to laws and I found this very helpful. Communication & Tenacity - Also 5's. Marc is extremely good at communicating the goals and issues we had to deal with and he's got a great work ethic to actually get the job done. For work quality and value I also have rated them as a 5. This is because in the end Marc gets the job done and does it right, and when it comes to price vs what I got out of it it was 100% worth it. He is not as expensive as other lawyers I've dealt with in the past and I feel like it was totally worth it. Overall my experience working with Marc was great I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.

I used Attorney Grimaldi as my Divorce Attorney and I have never regretted anything more in my life. Attorney Grimaldi is WAY overpriced. He made MANY careless mistakes, but refused to admit it, he just charged me again to correct them. He has NO concept of money. Attorney Grimaldi is VERY VERY difficult to work with, he talked at me and NEVER listened to what questions or concerns I had. If I ever questioned his decision or advice he became infuriated and basically told me if I did not do what he said he would "fire me". He acted as though I worked for him, instead of the other way around. He did NOTHING to help me, he was given unbelievable orders and all he had to do was enforce them, but he didn't, he did nothing. If by chance I had even the slightest balance he would not return calls or emails until it was paid. In the end Attorney Grimaldi bullied me into something I DID NOT, but told me I had no choice. I am still trying to fix the mess he created for me. Please do not use him.

I finally divorces the skunk that I married after 53 years, Marc is tough and strong, I got a good result but make sure that you hire him for the tough fights, he is not cheap but he is worth every penny
