I used Jann's services last week for a real estate transaction. I was connected to her office through my employer. She was very knowledgeable and provided great advice. She completed our transaction thoroughly and efficiently with no issues and on time. She was cognizant of our needs, including our schedules and time and accommodated accordingly. She communicates very clearly and provided up front costs that were very reasonable and no surprises. In my previous experience, firms do not want to give specifics, just an overall cost. In addition, she did the transaction with us herself, in the past we have had to work with a paralegal and did not even see or speak to the lawyer.

Very disappointing service received from Jann. Doesn't do what is requested by client. Sends out documents with simple spelling errors. Not someone you want having your back in a time of stress and high needs.

She is easy enough to talk to but way too laid back to help with anything that isn't completely agreed to. if you have a conflict her approach is to convince you that the other side is right and that you will lose. She is a fence-sitter. I won my case --but only after I went to a different lawyer--

Excellent Lawyer! she is knowledgeable and gave me a good view on how to see things from different view. I would also agree she is not money minded like others.

Steer clear of this lawyer. She is talks so fast and wants to do be the aggressor in a conversation. Doesn't listen to your needs and has her own agenda. She was recommended at a discount from my company benefits program and that's what you get a discount lawyer. Worst money I have ever waisted on just a get to know session. If you decide to use her I say buyer beware.

Hired Jann to assist with my divorce after being referred to her by my bank manager at TD.She was practical and kept her cool even though I got pretty angry at times with the endless paperwork process and letters from my ex's lawyer. She knows what she is doing and I wouldnt want to do her job with idiots like my ex and his lawyer making it 100 times worse than it needed to be.

not a good experience; I carefully explained what I wanted to Jann. Yes, yes, she said "not to worry" she said. Well I did worry because it seemed like every second e-mail either got the facts wrong or the e-mail was intended for someone else. And it went on and on over 6 months. No results. I have exhausted my retainer. Do not hire this lawyer

This Lawyer is amazing!!! She is smart, efficient and very down to earth. Quite frankly she was a god send. She accomplished more in six months than my previous lawyer did in 6 years.

Exellent Lawyer. Very down to earth approach, and gave a realistic view of my case. I am glad that I approached her and got the much needed help. Above all, She is NOT money minded like other lawyers. I will definitely recommend her name to anyone who needs help from lawyer.
