My child custody case was a very unique case is that after 14 years I found out that I have a 14yr old daughter that I never knew about. I didn't know how to proceed or even where to begin but as soon as I hired Adam he guided me through the ins and out of my case. He was honest from the get go and explained that we would be battling an uphill battle. 6 months later I now have parenting time and did not have to pay back child support. I hired Adam because I had been managing a retail store that had taken a turn for the worse once a change in ownership occurred. Shortly after my name was being put on a lot of things dealing with the business, things that made me financially responsible for the business and entity that owned it. After dealing with a particular event, I knew that I needed to make a secure exit strategy. Adam explained the steps that needed to be taken and followed through. He communicated all updates without wasting time in order to bill me more. Thank you Adam for all your help.

Adam was good up front but it seems that my case was either too simple or too much work for the price. I gave a large retainer up front and paid him slowly as the case continued. Adam didn't do much work on my case even after a year and half went by. He did everything last minute. Even when we were ready to walk in the court room, he was coming up with a plan...instead of being prepared. While in court he drew bunnies on his legal pad. Whenever we talked he always seemed to react as if it was new information. Adam is very nice but seems focused on other clients...then with nothing really done on my case. Adam gave me a very short notice that he was moving to Nebraska. I have him close to 2,300 dollars and my case is back to square one.

Adam is kind and compassionate and does not pass judgement. He was honest with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Adam is young and has that passion and drive to look out for the best interest of his clients. I never felt like he was looking at how much money he was making, but rather tried to help me save. He was tenacious and hardworking. I recommended many friends to him and would definitely use him again.

I cannot say enough how helpful and great Adam has been as my lawyer. Twice now I have hired him and each time he has effectively represented me in my case. He is very attentive and fair. He really works hard for his client’s and puts their best interests first. He consistently kept me up to date on my case situation and didn’t waste my time or money. I appreciated how Adam really listened to me and always took into consideration my concerns pertaining to my case. Adam really knows how to treat his clients and is very caring; a lot more lawyers should follow his example. Being a single mommy and having to go through such an emotional-draining process, it has been very comforting to have a lawyer like Adam represent me; he really fights for you. Very professional on initial visits but as time went on I felt as if I was being hung out to dry. Didn't have knowledge or experience needed to deal with the case I presented to him but I take that only as my fault for not vetting more thoroughly. I am sure over time his in court skills will improve but when he and I went in, I honestly felt I could have been more articulate and he didn't really represent me in a way I felt appropriate.

Adam exhibited a perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. I never once felt judged or looked down upon. I appreciated his ability to keep things in perspective during an emotionally heightened time for me --looking ahead at protecting my future, in addition to taking care of the immediate need I hired him for. I am a single father that had been kicked around by the AZ family court system for almost ten years. The mother of my child was very court room savvy and used many false accusations and legal loop holes to delay or disrupt the court process. A victim of parental alienation I was dragged back to court year after year to defend my rights just to be taken for more Child Support. Adam was the aggressive knowledgeable attorney I needed. With him I went from a weekend dad fighting for a scrap of extra time, to a equal time parent able to wield the respect I deserve as the father of my child. My daughter is a teenager and this was to be my last attempt at "Equal" parenting time. I am so grateful that I had Adam by my side when I first decided to file for divorce. He was patient and never pressured me to make any decisions that I wasn't ready for. He always set as priority the needs of our entire family, which I admire. He is compassionate and rational and I never felt like he was just looking to earn more money. I started having doubts about the divorce after we had already filed and spoke with Adam about it. He understood my doubt and stated that divorce was not always the way to go. In the end, my husband and I reconciled. When I informed Adam, he expressed to me that he was genuinely happy for our family. Was a little nervous at first because he looks pretty young, but when we went to court he was running circles around my ex's gray-haired "experienced" lawyer. I know he's going to own the arizona legal community in a few years.

I had a very complex divorce and Adam guided me through every step of the way. The outcome was reasonable but more importantly he was diligent and respectful throughout the whole difficult process and brought things to a speedy and amicable conclusion even in the face of my ex's lawyer trying to drag things out. I felt like he would always do what was in my best interests rather than what would let him bill the most.

Wow, I don't know where the first reviewer got her experience because she doesn't sound like she was a client. In my case, Adam Wintz worked hard for me. He was prepared and charged me a fair fee. He was much more interested in my case than another attorney I worked with on another case. I recommend him.
