My child custody case was a very unique case is that after 14 years I found out that I have a 14yr old daughter that I never knew about. I didn't know how to proceed or even where to begin but as soon as I hired Adam he guided me through the ins and out of my case. He was honest from the get go and explained that we would be battling an uphill battle. 6 months later I now have parenting time and did not have to pay back child support. I couldn't have been more satisfied with how Adam went above and beyond for my case. I highly recommend Mr. Witz. Thank you!

Adam was good up front but it seems that my case was either too simple or too much work for the price. I gave a large retainer up front and paid him slowly as the case continued. Adam didn't do much work on my case even after a year and half went by. He did everything last minute. Even when we were ready to walk in the court room, he was coming up with a plan...instead of being prepared. While in court he drew bunnies on his legal pad. Whenever we talked he always seemed to react as if it was new information. Adam is very nice but seems focused on other clients...then with nothing really done on my case. Adam gave me a very short notice that he was moving to Nebraska. I have him close to 2,300 dollars and my case is back to square one.

Adam is kind and compassionate and does not pass judgement. He was honest with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Adam is young and has that passion and drive to look out for the best interest of his clients. I never felt like he was looking at how much money he was making, but rather tried to help me save. He was tenacious and hardworking. I recommended many friends to him and would definitely use him again.

I cannot say enough how helpful and great Adam has been as my lawyer. Twice now I have hired him and each time he has effectively represented me in my case. He is very attentive and fair. He really works hard for his client’s and puts their best interests first. He consistently kept me up to date on my case situation and didn’t waste my time or money. I appreciated how Adam really listened to me and always took into consideration my concerns pertaining to my case. Adam really knows how to treat his clients and is very caring; a lot more lawyers should follow his example. Being a single mommy and having to go through such an emotional-draining process, it has been very comforting to have a lawyer like Adam represent me; he really fights for you. I can honestly say Adam is truly a caring “go-getter” of a lawyer and I would highly recommend him and hire him again (I have twice)! Adam guided me through the divorce process with patience and professionalism. He showed respect He knows how to get through the process without drama. For that I am extremely grateful. he was able to get me more that i wanted from my case. I would use him for any legal matters if ever needed in the future . HE is a great person and is there for you at all times . WITHOUT a second thought he really cares about you . THANK YOU so much ADAM IT WAS A PLEASURE .

Was a little nervous at first because he looks pretty young, but when we went to court he was running circles around my ex's gray-haired "experienced" lawyer. I know he's going to own the arizona legal community in a few years.

Mr.Wintz is incredibly knowledgable and resourceful! He's approachable and always "by your side". He responds quickly to any needs and is always available when I have questions or concerns. I have recommended him to quite a few of my friends, family, and collegues!
