Mr. Etheridge handled a lawsuit for me, involving a real estate agent who had commited quite a few infractions, crimes, in fact, as an agent. I sustained a lot of losses as a result. I was Mr. Etheridge's first client in Burnsville...he had just moved to the area. After our initial consultation, Mr. Etheridge wrote in an email to me, "This case is easy. The documents speak for themselves." He spoke of damages possibly amounting to over $100,000. I ended up paying him $15,000, all told...he even charged me for his time to learn real estate law. Now he advertises as a real estate attorney! After the mediation, Mr. Etheridge sent me an email, stating, "This will be nothing but a swearing match between you and the real estate agent." The documents never changed!! He took me out to lunch afterwards and paid for my meal..."It's the least I can do", he said! He told me during lunch it would cost me another $45,000 to take the case to court. Thanks,Guy! Plenty for you,nada for me!!!!
