I obtained Bill Kohlhausen, P.C. to be the attorney for this case. Bill Kohlhausen SETTLED this case for $25.000.00
I had Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and Bill Kohlhausen got 7,000.000 and I got $3,288.72. His reasoning was that I HAD TO PAY FOR ALL OF THE EXPENSES.
I HAVE INSURANCE WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICES IN WHICH I HAVE INSURANCE TO COVER? All the expenses except for TWO (2) went to persons/businesses Bill Kohlhausen sent me to. Something is wrong with this picture. Bill Kohlhausen directed me to these businesses. It was Bill Kohlhausen with the settlement money, not me, who paid all of these businesses totaling $ 14,711.28 That I had to pay from a twenty five thousand dollar settlement.
Bill Kohlhausen said that there was nothing more he or I could do so I reluctantly signed the agreement at his suggestion and advice. Bill Kohlhausen presented me with a $ 3,288.72 check after he had taken his fee of $ 7,000.00, and he misspelled my name on the check.
