Worst lawyer ever. He is great, and easy to contact until he receives his retainer fees. Then he will not return calls or emails. Ended up getting a new lawyer and wasted money with him. Hoping by writing this I will save someone else the mistake I did by hiring him. Hire someone else!

He will take your money. Once he has it. It is hard to get back in contact with him. He will be out sick or on vacation. Took my $3000 and a year later we have yet to get anyone on paper or court filings to get visitation of my child. Got a new lawyer. And settled everything within a few months. But was out the $3000 given to Norman

I have sent Norman money ($2500) as well as the paperwork he requested. I was hoping that I could this matter dealt with in a reasonable time, but am believe that I was mistaken. He does not answer any of my phone calls either, I have a new lawyer and he wont return there phone calls either, to try and get some of the money back. Since he did nothing after I paid him
I am very upset and unsatisfied with what he has done, as I have two young children whom I live with, and I only wanted access to my other child, the moter wont let me see him. $2500 is a lot of money. He is a CROOK. For anyone out there who is looking for a lawyer, I suggest it will be better to find someone else other then NORMAN T. LEE
