Before l met this amazing and brilliant Attorney in person of Barrister Labi Akere my case was already in a very bad and almost irredeemable shape owing to bad counsel from previous lawyers but the professionalism,tenacity and compassionate approach at which Mr Akere counseled my wife and l gave us hope that things could still be corrected although it would take a lot of effort and hard work from both ends. There are obviously still angels among men Mr Akere sure is one of them, he treated us like we were his only client so much so that we could call him and ask questions at will, sometimes l even feel like we were over bothering him but he will always encourage us to always ask questions on whatever we needed clarity on. He is the worst immigration layer I've ever seen. He just took money and didn't give us competent help. He said that I can't fill out form I-539 Application to extend / change nonimmigrant status because I have to indicate my marital status (I am married). However Form I-539 DOESN'T NEED information about marital status. How can this fake "layer" work 20 years when he doesn't know these simple truth? I called him 2 days ago in the hope of getting an explanation, why he had given us the wrong information, but he didn't respond and call back. I am so regret that we wasted our time and money.

He took my money and didn't do my job. Hesupposed to file I-130 for bringing my daughter to united states. Instead he filed I-824 and he sent a fake paper to me. He's dubious and money conscious. A liar from the pit of hell. God will deal with you. You've been doing this for a long time, one day nemesis will catch up with you. The Lord I'm serving will expose and judge you. You will not know peace until you ask for forgiveness.

I am not a huge fan o f lawyers, but Labi Akere and his wife both embody such professionalism and warm welcome that you can't help but be relaxed when you go see them. Regardless of what problem you take to them, as long as it's within their scope of practice, they have a re-assuring approach that gives you a sense of calmness. The is a unsatisfactory attorney his lack of knowledge about the legal, and civil system is worrying(not surprising because he got his law degree from Africa). If you hire this lawfirm to represent you for any case other than immigration, u might as well go to the judge and tell him you want to loose. I don't know about his wife, but he is a rip off just spend the little extra money and get yourself a real attorney so atleast you have a chance.
