A distinguished lawyer in business for himself only. Highly narcissistically convincing his client everything is "easy" and his charm will help you until you find hell. He could use therapy. He abandoned my case in appeal when the media announced his bigamy problems and left me helpless to go to the Supreme court of Canada. He recommended an old friend physically very handicapped and too debilitated he he owed a favour a long time ago, who near a wheelchair asked me to go to bed with him. Morton cost me $49,000.00and my house titles are not clear yet. He is the pandemic 2020 of lawyers.

He is a bigamist. He cheated so many innocent clients. They can't read/write or speak English. He allowed fraudster/scammers to cheat the innocent property owners to steal their valuable properties to make money easily. Please don't trust him. He is a fraud lawyer.

No way, its a set up. Don't Trust him he damaged my case and helped the other party lawyers to escape from Justice, came in record 3months only, allowed them to do discontinue from Action, used unvalid documents which I properly cancelled, and did the RECORD OF REMOVAL. Tell him to arrange for a Media Conference We 4 people who affected by him will come forward to show all the legal evidence to prove. Now there is NO JUSTICE IN CANADA...BECAUSE OF THESE LAWYERS. Filing fake documents/ID's in Court and getting favourable Judgements. They have influence every where. Innocents are crying for Justice. If you retain him, sure you will cry for Justice. He came to Assessment Office, asked the Assessment Officer to off the record, and appologized me because of his NEGLIGENCE. Please bring him before the Media or Law Society, and decide please. He helped Blanney Macmurty & Schklink from Gardiner Roberts to escape from JUSTICE. ITS A BIG SET UP. EVEN JUDGES ARE GIVING FAVOURABLE JUDGEMENT.

No way!because of him I lost my property worth of $700,000 he came in record for only 3months without my consent/ instrucrtions allowed Keasavan and Doshi lawyers who transferred my property to 1769656 Ontario Inc. Doesn't have any FSCO licence to escape from JUSTICE. The wonder he never served any documents to me helped Gardiner Roberts and Blaney Macmurty(LawPRO lawyers)who gave the documents to Discontinue the both lawyers and Master Dash without any proper Affidavit or Affidavit of Service he gave an Order. Unbelievable..How JamesMorton helped them to escape from Justice, and did record of removal the next month. How You all Praise Him.! I have all his emails/1545documemts proof. Because JamesMorton,Terry Walman, Norman Silver, Suvendu Goswami, Aina Mayokun so many lawyers benefited by 1769656 Ontario Inc. Fraud Inc run by Tom.Thiru(Thirukumar, & wife)they are giving fake documents/ID's/addresses and getting Judgement easily,even using dead person ID/informations.DON'T TRUST HIM.

I was sued by a former partner and was referred to James. He listened and took my case. He told me what to expect, and frankly it was not what I wanted to hear, but I needed to hear. it took a sh*tload of time and money but the case was dismissed. He answered my questions and while it was not an experience I would wish on anyone he dealt with it and it went the way he said.

I retained him to proceed my Law suit CV-10-396131 in March 2012, and paid $3000, he served the lawyer on record April 3rd to all parties including Mylvin Solomon, Bryan Solnik ,Bradley Philips(all are famous lawyers)filed in court, but I don't know how James Morton allowed without my consent the other party to file the amended statement of claim and put me to pay $1545 cost for them. I am really wondering how James Morton & Mathiew Vallituitti went before the same Master Dash & got two different order for the same File CV-10-396131, it's a professional misconduct(both) abuse the court process also mislead the court & the Master Dash,filing fake documents, affidavits, affidavit of service, mention served properly, also set-aside the default Judgement, my lawyer James Morton only helped Matheiew Valituitti to get order from Master Dash, you don't believe he used my unvalid documents & allowed other 2 Lawyers to discontinue from LAWSUIT which is a serious professional misconduct of him.

Smart guy but hard to get on the phone. Best advantage is he is cheap for his seniority but if you dont pay he gets bored

These above ratings appear inconsistent with James Morton's attitude and behaviour. From personal experience as a client of his, here is my experience. Absolutely NO communication. I must stress this, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. He does not respond to messages left or emails. He didn't show up for an appointment he made at his own office and did not call so that was a wasted trip (however he did bill for that meeting). You hire him and only end up speaking with his assistant. Lazy, arrogant, rude, uninterested and burnt out. A very good talker however he didn't read through the materials that were provided for him and flip flopped on a strategy and finally never ended up actually doing anything! Ate up lots of money and provided NO service and ample aggravation. He is absolutely incompetent and should immediately cease practicing law and move into politics or he is dishonest. He did nothing for my case while continuing to charge huge fees for services that were never delivered.
