Where do I start when it comes to this person. I see that I should have read all the reviews on him online. I guess I feel into a hole with him by hiring him to represent me in court. I ended up having to hire someone else since he didn’t fight for me in court. Such a waste of time for me.

Agree with all comments. He caused harm to my children who were abused. When CPS made findings of abuse, alex said dad was disciplining! My son was just 40 pounds. Alex needs to retire. Beware of this man. He is a chauvinist & does not find facts. When I was upset my kids were being abused he told me to stop the “histrionics”. This was unacceptable. I reported him to the bar & was told it was beyond the statute of limitations. Stay away.

Bad legal representation. I was told about Alex Verduci from legal on Camp Pendleton. What a waste of money to pay for a retainer fee to hire him. I wish I have read plenty on line before hiring him.

He does not read the file or court record as he should. Comes to court late on a continuous base. Does not stay awake for half his time when he is in court. Does not return emails or phone calls even from other professionals. Has the nerve to become Retaliatory when you get tired off all the above mentioned. If you get stuck with him file needed complaints with the bar as we did (he will give you enough evidence to do so).

I wish I could say the worst things on here about this THING. But as a god caring man I can't. His services are terrible. I have been with THING for way over two years he has taken what money I have left to help me try to get my kids back. He has been a huge disappointment to me. Me church pastor called him about me frustrations at church about my feelings through this ordeal. His son that's his assistant was so rude to him. Please don't deal with these EVIL people only the god lord have mercy on them.

The man makes sure you know he is an ex marine. He will mention this several times yet he has no honor! I dont think the USMC would appreciat him trying to represent! He is Lazy and bias. He will side with what is easiest for him regardless of whats right or wrong. As for him representing your child, think twice, your child deserves better.
