I had a bad divorce agreement with my ex-spouse that she was not living up to but was actually trying to make worse for me in terms of time with my kids and finances. I hired Dayn due to overwhelmingly positive reviews of his knowledge of the law and past successes.
Dayn gave me a frank assessment of my situation, which was very difficult due to my bad decision to sign the earlier agreement. He and his team laid out a plan and tried to negotiate a fair settlement with the opposing side. They would not agree to a fair agreement and we had to go to court.
Prior to court, Dayn explained the tricks the other side would try to pull and prepared me for what we could likely expect from the ruling. And then he won...on EVERYTHING.
I can't promise you that Dayn will win every case. I can promise you that there is no one better to have on your side than Dayn and his team.

When I was first going through divorce, I was reading websites like this one trying to understand what was about to happen. I made a mistake and determined that I didn't have the money to hire a lawyer and went through an uncontested divorce with my soon to be ex.
After months of struggling under an oppressive, one-sided divorce agreement where I could not even financially afford to visit my children I remembered seeing reviews of Dayn Holstrom and called for a consultation.
Dayn and his team gathered all the facts and were on the case that very day. Dayn laid out what needed to be done and prepared me for what I could expect. Thanks to Dayn and his team I now have a reasonable divorce agreement and more time with my kids.
If you are reading this, do not make the mistake I did and think you cannot afford a lawyer. Unfortunately I learned that I could not afford to be without a lawyer! I wish I had hired Dayn earlier and I will always be grateful that I hired him when I did.

I read all the reviews about this man and firm. All of them sound like an advertisement from his website. It is obvious they are fabricated for the benefit of trying to lure in unsuspecting clients who will be ripped off.

Going through a divorce is a very emotional process. As anyone who has gone through this process will tell you, it is not pleasant. Dayn Holstrom and his staff at Holstrom, Sissung, Marks and Anderson have been nothing short of phenomenal. My phone calls were always promptly returned and I was always kept up to date with everything that was happening with my case. I was never left wondering where my case stood. Mr. Holstrom is professional, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mr. Dayn Holstrom as well as the other attorneys at his firm, to anyone who is seeking “the best” representation available. The outcome of my case, although difficult at times, has produced great results for me and certainly exceeded all of my expectations.
