Mr. Faloni and his staff were extremely helpful and kept me posted about everything even after hours. All sure know their job. This lawyer sends you answers to interrogatories that are incomplete and missing attachments referenced in the interrogatories.He does not follow court procedures which include providing the question as part of the answers to the interrogatories. He files false responses to Request for admissions and Request for interrogatories.

Is not up front; will stall to get as much money from you as possible. Have caught him stating things not received; when confrontd w/evidence that they were, he weasels out of it. When confronted with an error, lashes out with a temper. Claims his father is a big Democratic donor and therefore, I guess, you are supposed to assume he has a lot of weight in court. Makes TONS of mistakes; when he talks with you, he confuses you with other clients. He is not at all upfront with situations. His firm originally dealt in debt collectons, so that should tell you all you need to know about him and his practice. Avoid him. His paralegal does all the work and knows more than he does.
