Mr. Godard really knew his stuff when it came to my case. He has very "no bs" attitude and will encourage you to let something go if there is little to no chance of getting it so as not to waste your money. He tries hard to settle things amicably but if/when it goes to court his experience shows. Maybe not the cheapest lawyer but you certainly get what you pay for which is really what you want when looking for a lawyer.

Terrible lawyer, cannot even do simple math. I had to make multiple corrections to his math even after providing a detailed breakdown. I think he had his receptionist to it for him as she seemed annoyed when I had to come back multiple times to have corrections done.

This lawyer is terrible. He does not take his cases seriously, is always ill-prepared and is just a total waste of money. As a matter of fact it seems he is in it just for the money. Do not hire him...he's expensive, charges for EVERY little thing, continuously asks for more and more money and just doesn't deliver. I would have done better hiring a lawyer just out of law school for the value he added to my case. I'm going to the Law Society to get some of my hard earned money back because i really don't think he worked for it.

Impossible getting in touch with him. Never returned phone calls...missed court deadlines, missed filing deadlines, went weeks before getting back to me. I gave serious thought to reporting him to the Law Society but I am sure they would not have done anything. Makes a person believe the old sentiment about lawyers and the legal profession. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU.
