He never returns calls and leaves you hanging about the case. He did not get me a very good settlement.

I sent him a difficult injury case, and his office rendered wonderful service to my client, achieving a recovery in a matter I felt was very unlikely to end with a good result. He out reasearched, out worked and out thought a battery of insurance company lawyers.

This guy is an ambulance chaser. He will tell you exactly what you want to hear after your accident, but will not recoup the losses he promises; he makes more on your pain and suffering then you will. His office made mistakes on my case, but when confronted, snickered and refused to help fix the situation. That is, until I contacted the IL Bar to file a complaint and then he resolved the issue within 24 hours. Also, getting him or his paralegal to return phone calls is near impossible; very bad customer service.
