I'm surprised that this clown is still in business. He has left a trail of unhappy clients, now including me. Just do minimal digging online before you hire him to see what he's put others through.

Would not recommend this attorney. His aggression and lack of professionalism was appalling. Was completely unwilling to assist me with an error with the title company and berated me for asking "stupid and ridiculous" questions and informed me he did not need to assist me post close.

I had an issue with a certificate of occupancy for the house I was in contract to buy. Mr. Beschel knew the best way to deal with it and was able to solve the problem quickly.
